Rules · This market resolves as Yes if the official monthly production status report published by the NUPRC reports that the "Total Average Daily Production (Crude Oil + Condensate)" for any single calendar month within Q3 2026 (July, August, or September 2026) equals or exceeds 2,000,000 barrels per day (2.0 mbpd).
This market resolves as No if the official NUPRC monthly reports for July, August, and September 2026 all reflect a total average daily production of strictly less than 2,000,000 barrels per day.
This Market resolves based on the official "Crude Oil and Condensate Production Status Report" published monthly on the official NUPRC portal (https://www.nuprc.gov.ng/reports/oil-production-report). In the case of revisions, the initial published monthly status report for the respective month will serve as the ground truth. A consensus of credible media reports will also serve as secondary sources.
